Sarah Stokes

Owner & Company Director

Sarah "Stokes" Stokes is a passionate and experienced dancer, choreographer, and instructor with over 15 years in the dance industry. She is a regional and national award-winning choreographer with expertise in Jazz, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre, and Acrobatics. Stokes's dance journey began in gymnastics and power tumbling, which instilled in her a deep appreciation for athleticism and discipline that she brings to her teaching. As a former Captain of the UTA Mavericks Dance Team and an NDA All-American Dancer, Stokes is dedicated to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment where dancers of all backgrounds can reach their full potential.

Jernee' Goods

Recreational Director &

Vibe Company Director

Jernee’ Goods was born and raised near the East Side of Fort Worth, Texas. She began her dance journey at age three at Frances Lea Dance Center. Drawn to competitive dance and conventions from an early age, she thrived in environments that pushed her to grow, competing until she was 19. Throughout her adolescent years, she served as a class assistant and held various leadership roles within the studio. From her teens into her early twenties, she taught private lessons in flexibility and acro, developing a strong foundation in technical training and mentorship. Jernee’ is trained in a diverse range of styles, including tap and clogging, and has always been passionate about working with children; a calling she now fulfills as a school teacher. What she loves most about training dancers is helping them refine their technique while challenging them to see that they are capable of far more than they imagined when they first stepped into class. For Jernee’, dance is more than movement, it heals and nourishes the soul.

Melanie Diaz

Ballet Director

Melanie Diaz is a movement artist, teacher, and choreographer from Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. She has over 15 years of dance training spanning multiple genres, such as ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, modern, and improvisation. Melanie began her training under the instruction of Enrica & Chung-Lin Tseng at Ballet Center of Fort Worth. Later, she went on to dance pre-professionally with Ballet Frontier of Texas touring across North Texas. Diaz went on to earn her Associate of Arts from Tarrant County College, where she was selected as a company member for Mosaic Dance Project. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Texas Woman’s University and will graduate this December. Melanie aspires to advocate for the accessibility of the arts in the Fort Worth community by facilitating outreach programs and cultivating community dance spaces.

Olivia Faglie

Rec Instructor

Olivia is a passionate dancer and choreographer with six years of gymnastics experience and currently entering her sixth year of dance. Her training has shaped her into a versatile and expressive performer with a love for storytelling through movement. As a choreographer for Beacon Performing Arts, Olivia was honored to be nominated for Best Choreographer by Broadway World Dallas, a recognition that speaks to her creativity and dedication. She is excited to continue her dance journey with Stokes on the Synergy Comp Team, where she hopes to inspire young dancers and keep growing as both an artist and a mentor.

Meagan Trahan

Tap Director

Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Meagan has had a lifelong passion for both dance and working with children. She began dancing at the age of two and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the discipline, artistry, and confidence that dance instills in young performers. As an instructor, Meagan strives to create a positive and encouraging classroom environment where dancers feel supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential both technically and personally. In addition to her background in dance, Meagan is a Certified Child Life Specialist with extensive education and experience in child development. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Texas Woman's University in December 2023 and completed her Master’s degree in Child Life from Texas Woman's University in August 2025. Through her academic training and professional work with children and families, she has developed a strong understanding of how to support children’s emotional, social, and developmental needs. Meagan trained as a competitive dancer from the age of four through nineteen, gaining experience in a variety of dance styles and performance settings. During high school, she was a member of her drill team and had the privilege of serving as Social Officer from 2018–2019 and Junior Lieutenant from 2019–2020. These leadership roles strengthened her communication, mentorship, and teamwork skills while deepening her passion for teaching and guiding young dancers. Over the past few years, Meagan has taught multiple dance styles to students of varying ages and skill levels. She is especially excited to teach tap and help the next generation of dancers grow in technique, musicality, confidence, and a lifelong love for the art of dance. Her unique combination of dance experience and genuine enthusiasm for working with children allows her to create a classroom environment where every dancer feels valued, encouraged, and empowered to succeed.
