Welcome to the Stokes Studios Dance Company (SSDC), a program dedicated to dancers seeking to elevate their skills in a competitive environment. We focus on developing comprehensive dancers by assessing and enhancing technique, performance quality, and adaptability. Beyond technical training, we emphasize instilling valuable life skills, including a positive attitude and teamwork.

Being selected for SSDC requires a significant commitment of both time and finances. Dancers are required to attend classes 3-4 nights per week, and full commitment and attendance at classes and rehearsals are crucial for success.

SSDC offers competitive opportunities for dancers ages 5 through 18. We proudly field teams across all experience levels, ranging from beginner to advanced.

Joining SSDC is a highly rewarding opportunity that requires a higher level of dedication. 

​

For dancers who may not be ready for the competitive team, the Apprentice Program is offered, allowing them to understudy and participate in company classes without competing. Dancers are also highly encouraged to participate in our recreational program to continue growing and working on skills.
